CAD Facilities

Using the latest Computer Aided Design software we are able to import directly from your own designs or design from scratch, giving you the opportunity to see proof drawings before we send to the machine for manufacture.

We can engrave your logos, boat mimics etc.

Panel Manufacture

We have a number of machines to look after all types of work, the one shown here on the right handles all the smaller panels and also has a  vice attachment  for smaller run label work. The larger machine, shown on the left  manufactures all the larger panels and production run work, so can sometimes be running for days on end on the same job, leaving the smaller machines to  handle all the "can you justs?".

Fascia Panels

Working with a variety of materials, this one shown is our "high gloss" walnut effect. Panels are cut on our CNC machines on aluminium backed material to allow rear stud fixings and then lacquered and cured. The gloss finish enhances any panel and is UV resistant, so suitable for interior and flybridge/exterior use. Whilst many boatbuilders free issue us with the instruments supplied with the engine we can also supply a full range of instruments for refits or upgrading.

Stockists of VDO and Faria instruments and Carling, ETA and Apem switches.

Control Systems

This is a complete AC/DC control system, the panels were machined on our CNC machines then fitted with all the equipment and prewired ready for installation by the boatbuilder.

We can take on as much or as little as suits you, from just manufacturing the panel to supplying all the equipment and full wiring either to the rear of the panel or to a din rail system as shown here.

We hold large stocks of components and work closely with boatbuilders to ensure we hold good stocks for their build schedules.

Whether you are a boatbuilder, boatyard or an individual boat owner we can manufacture all your panel needs. Please contact us with your requirements.
