Panel Wiring   

To accompany our panel production we offer full wiring facilities from panel wiring as shown here to looms and harnesses for ease of installation.

Many firms choose to outsource wiring harnesses to give them the benefit of knowing a component cost and to save holding component stock.

We make one-off's to production runs, mainly specialising in the marine industry and therefore using marine quality equipment such as Deutsch connectors.

Each harness/panel is fully tested before despatch.

Looms

This is a fully wired AC/DC control panel wired to a din rail system, this would be supplied with a wiring specification making installation easier and quicker for the boatbuilder. We label all of our circuit breakers with amp ratings on the rear, again to make installation easier. Some boatbuilders also have the legends labelled on the rear of the panel.

Using Legrand din rail style terminations we can identify by number either the cables or the rail or both.

 Our workmanship is of a very high standard, the cables are tied and neatly dressed and identified to give a very professional finish.

Deutsch Harness

Deutsch have a very comprehensive range of multi pin connectors for use in harsh environments, giving a completely watertight seal this range of connectors is used widely in both marine and offshore markets.  We stock a wide range of YY and CY control cable and cable identification systems.

Battery Leads

Making battery leads from one-off's to production runs and full marine kits can save boatbuilders both time and stock holding of the components.

We hold a large range of battery cable, connectors, terminals, joiners, post, and covers.

All our battery cable is Hi-flex multi stranded which enables faster and easier installation.

We stock battery cable and all associated components from 16mm to 185mm sq.
